  • Non-CTP Per Form Setup fee: $395 for Care, $595 for Camp
  • Non-CTP Per Transaction fee: $1.00 for both Camp and Care
  • $360/annually for first form/WebLink account if form is non-CTP
  • $120/annually for first form/WebLink account if form is CTP (waived first year)
  • No set-up or transaction fees for CTP forms
  • Annual Hosting fee $120 for all additional forms, including CTP
