EZCare Community Celebrates a Year of Learning and Connection

EZCare Community

Happy Birthday, EZCare Community!

It’s hard to believe it has been a whole year since we launched EZCare Community, our central hub for anything our users might have wanted to know or learn about EZCare. Since then, we’ve learned a few things about what you like and what you don’t like, so we are thrilled to bring you a brand new dashboard just in time to help celebrate our EZCare Community birthday.

What’s different?

We know how much you liked the “I want to” section so you could quickly access the things you most in EZCare Community with just one click. So that you could find it easier – and so you’ll know when new things are added to Groups, the knowledgebase and more, we’ve moved it to the top of the page. These colorful buttons will display a red dot with a number if there’s been a new knowledgebase article or something interesting is happening in one of our Community Groups.

Don’t worry – you’ll still be able to find the updated feature stories and blog posts you like just below the “I want to” menu, but now they will appear on the left side.

What’s new?

Did you ever wonder what happens to all those great ideas our users submit through Suggest & Vote? Now, you’ll see a summary of what our users have submitted, which ones our team has reviewed, which of your suggestions we are working on, and what we already completed!

Some of your ideas generate great buzz and excitement, and we are thrilled to be able to offer you a way to view what ideas are trending with our Trending Ideas leaderboard. See what topics are hot, and vote or comment on them right from the Community homescreen.
