We really felt the love this Valentine’s Day. Thanks to our customers, we’re happy to report that EZCare has been voted #1 in Customer Service for child care software – again!

Our never-outsourced Implementation and Customer Care Departments work hard to enable our customers to be proficient users in EZCare so they can work more efficiently and focus more on what matters: the children.

Our Implementation team quickly sets up our customers’ systems the way they need so they can be up and running right away – without a disruption to their data. Our specialists transfer data with precision, taking care that each record and ledger data from their current system is brought to EZCare. Our Training team then guides our new customers through learning to use EZCare, saving them valuable time on self-teaching. From there, our Support team is available to lend a helping hand by phone or chat for their day-to-day needs, committed to their everyday success.

The dedication of our North American teams is one of the major reasons why we have clients who have stuck with us since day one, back in 1985.
