EZCare New Feature

EZCare is pleased to announce the addition of the Schedule Loading Report to its growing family of Attendance Reports. Prominently displayed on the Dashboard, the Schedule Loading Report shows hourly scheduled attendance for the current day to help with your childcare staff planning needs.

Staff planning is one of your most important tasks as a Center Director. Done correctly, it allows your staff to provide the best possible care for the children, keeps your Center in compliance with ratio requirements, and keeps your budget in check.  An understaffed Center can stress caregivers and affect the quality of care you provide.  However, overstaffing can strain your bank account and sink your program just as quickly.

Introducing the Schedule Loading Report

The new Schedule Loading Report is based on the information you’ve already entered in the Schedule tabs of your Child records.  Its hour-by-hour snapshot of scheduled attendance eliminates the need for manual headcounts.

In the Reports tab, use Selection Filters to isolate specific age groups to make sure that your ratios meet accepted standards. The Schedule Loading Report helps you meet licensing standards by providing tools to produce a written staffing plan. Take the guesswork out of staffing your child care program and assure continuity of care and appropriate adult to child ratios and group sizes using this important report.
